All the staffs were efficient. Comforts of superior king room on 2 levels were fabulous. Perfect facilities, everything you could wish for.

Astonishing views, particularly good and amazing setting.

A great selection of good food.

The modern decor was nice, though the wifi was occasionally unreliable.

We only stopped for one night, left before breakfast, so I can't say anything.

This place was STYLISH in general with an excellent and wonderfully friendly staff team. We got queen room at good prices. The location was amazing, right at Miradouro das Portas do Sol. Besides, it was very close to restaurants bars and tram stop, and tram and metro, as well as train.

The hotel is cool and the rooms are absolutely fabulous and bright. It has brilliant location for visiting a historic castle. The area is busy close to the old, historic area, a Fado restaurant, and including Lisbon's famous trams. Have a drink at the outdoor bar.

The coffee machine and infused water at reception were refreshing. The location was perfect, just a short walk from major attractions, but be ready for the steep hill. Eugenia from the counter staff was amazing, always patient and helpful when we had a problem with our watch.

I stayed for 2 nights in a cozy Single Room. The decor was modern and vibrant. Breakfast offered a tasty variety of fresh options. The staff were attentive and cute. The location made it easy to explore the city ☕

The staff was attentive, assisting with all my business needs and offering great local dining recommendations. The hotel's location allowed easy access to key attractions while still being in a quieter area of Lisbon was nice.

The walk to the hotel can be challenging due to the steep hills.

I loved the location of Convento Do Salvador right in the Alfama district, so close to each major sight. The hotel felt modern with interesting art and decor throughout. My room was clean and cozy. Staff members were super friendly. They helped me with restaurant recommendations and even arranged a taxi for my departure. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety though a bit limited for my taste. One downside was the air conditioning. It warmed the room too much, and opening the windows let in a lot of street noise at night. The outdoor seating area could be more inviting, and it had some leaves in the pool. Still, I enjoyed my stay overall!
